What does the regulation say?
As the pandemic has changed the way we work and live, increasing attention has been paid to how companies handle their personal data. Up to date, there are differences in interpretations of GDPR and whether we in the EU can use American cloud services and collaboration platforms and still comply with the regulatory requirements established by the entry of GDPR in 2018.
